Chicken Espinaca Age Paprika
(Chicken, spring onions, spinach, potatoes)
This easy white meat recipe serves 4 people as a main course, needs 45 minutes to be prepared.
All the ingredients should preferably have organic origins.
- 600 gr (21.1 oz) chicken breast
- 5 spring onions
- 300 gr (10.5 oz) fresh spinach
- 1 large potato
- 3 carrots
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Wash all very well. Cut potatoes, carrots and onions all into strips. Place the potatoes in a pan and cook for 10 minutes, then add the carrots and onions, continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring often; Add a little water if necessary.
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Season with salt and paprika. Add to the pan and mix with the vegetables for 10 minutes. Then add spinach (well chopped) and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.

* It is a pleasant and different dish than usual to combine with a structured white wine.
