Sweet Ricotta & Chocolate Chips
(flour, ricotta cheese, egg, sugar, chocolate chips)
This easy dessert recipe serves 6 people as a dessert, needs 30 minutes to be prepared.
All the ingredients should preferably have organic origins.
- 300 gr (10.58 oz) flour 00
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 200 gr (7 oz) sugar
- 250 gr (8.8 oz) cow Ricotta cheese (well drained)
- 100 gr (3.5 oz) chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla stick
In a bowl, combine well all ingredients together. The dough does not need any liquids, only 1 tablespoon of oil (no butter) and it should become firm. Bake on an oild baking sheet for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Then using a toothpick, check if the cake is baked inside. If you want, sprinkle powdered sugar on top or place cake on chocolate cream.
