Chicken Fillet with Almonds
(chicken breast, carrot, onion, potato, almond petals)
This easy white meat recipe serves 4 people as a main course, needs 30 minutes to be prepared.
All the ingredients should preferably have organic origins.
- 600 gr (21.1 oz) chicken breast fillets
- 1 lemon
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium onions
- A tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 50 gr (1.7 oz) almond petals
- Salt to taste

Wash the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Cook in a pan, adding 2 tablespoons of oil, paprika and a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, in another pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, small pieces of lemon with the peel, slightly salted chicken fillet and almond petals. Cook well, stirring often, for about 15 minutes. Serve the fillets and shape the vegetables using a pastry cutter.

* A tasty dish with a white wine with good acidity.
